SUPPLIED CONFERENCE MATERIAL

Beside stationary etc. the conference bag contains the Book of Abstracts with all necessary information about the conference and related events as well as maps of the city
and the University Campus. Note that the program as printed in the abstracts book is not up-to-date because of late changes. Check the notice boards for the latest versions.
Participants arriving BEFORE Monday, June 25, will find their personal conference material in their hotel or residence. Participants arriving later will receive their personal conference material upon registration at the reception in the conference office.

PROCEEDINGS
Instead of producing a special proceedings volume (as we did in the past) suitable articles will appear in the new CMFT journal, which has just been founded and will be published by the non-profit publisher Heldermann Verlag, Germany. Details will be announced during the conference (Monday, 12:00 hrs). The homepage of the journal:

http://www.cmft.de

is under construction and should have preliminary information ready by June 6. Every participant will receive one volume (2 issues of about 300 pages each) of the journal for free.

The maximum size for a poster is 120/75 cm (height/width). The poster stands will be numbered and each participant selected for the poster session is asked to obtain his stand number at the reception desk. The necessary material for putting up the posters will also be provided there.

CONFERENCE FEE

The fee covers all conference material, coffee/refreshments, lunches (Monday 25 to Friday 29), bus transportation between the hotel and the conference site, and a volume of the CMFT journal.
